What temp should you set q heat plate to remove an iPhone 13 Pro front glass please and how long do you leave it before you put the glass on and how long for please
Sounds like you got a good one then.💯 The X series was the same year Samsung took over screens and as a tech, I've replaced many factory screens that had faulty digitizers W/ no broken glass.
Every repair of an iPhone glass is usually set around 83° degrees to 90 but the iPhone 13 Pro or 13 series even can handle that litte added higher temperature
Hello here is the link of shop.rewa.tech/detail/kaisi-316-electric-glue-remover.html As for the removal process, practice will always be your greatest teache, right?
from my understanding the machine that does multi functions is never as good as a stand alone machine. Does anyone have this machine and know if it works great, im sure things have come a long way but i really hate to buy this and it half work.
@@tmm.4865 no, it cant debubble it correctly always leaving bubbles, i gave up on trying and damaging more screens, and i exactly did with same mold, same setting on this video
Are the repair parts also available for this machine? Also do we need different molds for each model or a black lamination foam works with all flat screen? Also can we use bubble remover function alone aswell?
@@rewatechnology2008 why is there no LOCA(3:40, "put the glass with OCA in position")? Usually Ive only seen the liquid OCA but I didnt know there were sheets of OCA available or am I wrong? Because on iPad Air 3 glass only replacement by "Mr Phone Doctor", I didnt see any liquid used as glue/adhesive, just a sheet or am I wrong? Also what music you used in this video? If you cant answer that its fine but I just wanted to include this in the comment.
@@CrazyPlayer-pf2hv The glass was already attached with OCA and there are sheets of OCA available. As for the music, we get it from Beautiful Corporate Background.
Thanks for the video! Quick question; what's the reason for removing the sensing module (and earpiece mesh) before separating the glass? What's the reason we not proceed to separating the glass from the OLED with the cutting wire without removing the sensor? Thanks!
I'm trying to change the change the front glass of an iphone 13 but I keep having problems with lamination. I'm keeping the frame on during the cutting like you but I keep getting a thin line at the base of the glass that has not laminated. The rest of the screen is perfect. I've tried multiple times but I keep getting no lamination at the base only. This also happens when I try to change an iphone 12 front glass with the frame still attached. I'm using a mould to put the glass on prior to lamination/debubbling. Any tips or ideas? Thanks alot
