currently just finished setting up the iPhone 15... I haven't watched the video yet but I did have troubles connecting the old phone to the new to data transfer. I'm coming from an SE to the 15 so it is a bit older but yeh and my cellar wouldn't connect but I finally got that connected...other than that it seemed to go fine. Also I went from the bright RED to the subtle blue, I really like the color. Now to watch the video.

I tried to preorder but ran into tech issues so couldn't. Went to verizon today and they told me the pro max was on back order. I thought I'd have to wait forever bc I refused to settle for the smaller size or a different color. Thankfully they had one. I got a 15 pro max in blue 256 gb which is exactly what I wanted 🍏

I'm going hold off to get mine for another month or so when they're more readily available since I still have a couple hundred dollars to pay off my current phone- I was the dummy who bought an iphone 13 6 weeks before the 14 came out so I missed that boat completely 😅 I have the 13 pro max with 256gb, but I'm going to upgrade to the 15 pro max with 1tb if I can. I just recently started youtubing as well, and am finding taking videos constantly is eating up my storage WAY faster, and I can't keep up with removing the ones I don't need anymore fast enough. Also, I just like to keep some on my phone even when I'm done with them so I can look back often and put together memory slideshows and stuff. haha

I’ve always loved your unboxings.However I think you are really settling with this iPhone. You should just return and exchange for the size and storage that you need because running out of storage is no fun . Remember the new iPhone have 48 mgp camera which means the photo files will be bigger. Just be patient so that you get exactly what you want . Don’t just settle.

Idk how it works at Verizon but at apple you have 2 weeks to return it. I couldn’t imagine getting the pro when I always get a pro max. But I’m jealous you got the natural! I got black and they only had 512 but I wanted the 256. Seems like we kind of swapped lol

The charger is a catch 22 for me. I like being able to charge everything with one if needed. But the car mannnn. I bought a pack of usb to usb-c adapters on amazon to keep on hand for situations I need to charge from a usb port.

I also got the 256gb natural pro. I have around 65,000 photos and I have them all offloaded into iCloud so they aren’t taking up my actual phone storage. The higher storage models are so pricey.

i love your videos on tech for that reason you mentioned (you being more of an everyday type of gal, and not just a tech RU-vidr). i have the 13 pro in 256 but do take my fair share of iCloud storage (we have the 2 TB plan, and i'm using most of the 310 GB currently used in my family group....granted my dad and partner only have iPads, and are minimal users as well, while I got a Mac Mini, MacBook Air, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch). I know when I upgrade my phone and Mac, I'll have to get more storage!

The even numbered phones always get the more advanced upgrades, so I’d wait until the 16 or 18, or 20 if you want to wait that long. 20 will be a big deal like the 10 (iPhone X) was

I should have got the regular pro. The pro max is super huge and my finger hurt already lol. It’s just that if I return , I will have to wait until the end of October. I have the white pro max 512gb😊. Update: I returned it for the pro version and I got it the same day only because I drove like an hour away to an Apple Store that had it in stock

I have a old iPhone 11 in purple from when they first came out and I have a 2 nd IPhone 11 black both have 128 gbs I don’t keep a lot on my newer iPhone 11 I did start out fresh when I received it back in July. I learned not to keep everything on it and not back it up to an external drive. I don’t keep anything on ICloud anymore either. At one time I had over 18 thousand pics on my first iPhone 11. And I lost an old iPhone 6s that had thousands of pics on it that I never did back up so every month I clean out my pics to an external drive in folders of month and year. I learned the hard way

Great video. Keep in mind the cable Apple gives you is NOT the high speed cable so you may want to pick one up if that's important to you. I think if you buy the " pro " model, apple should include the high speed USB cable and charging brick, but. It's not about the customer, it's about what Apple wants.

Did you get your iPhone data transfer issues resolved? haha It doesn't take more than 3 days to transfer data between smartphones (Android or iOS). Maybe 2 hours at least, assuming your storage isn't that full.

noooo :( it still isn't working! finally got it to say it'd only take an hour to transfer but then it said my phones weren't close enough (they were right next to each other) so now i dont know i just keep retrying 😅
