@@WilliamCarry-t3f The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max use the A17 processor with a 6 core GPU, where the standard iPhone 15 has the A16 processor with only a 5 core GPU. The newly announced AI features are going to need more processing power that is currently only available in the Pro and Max versions of the iPhone 15. The iPhone 14 also has only the 5 core GPU and the iPhone 13 has a 4 core GPU. There apparently is not enough computing power in those models.

Whoever is leading the R&D at apple, they are bad at their work - same design since the iPhone 12 is not impressive even with all that A-Z 1-100 chipset. I don’t think so because the 16 Pro Max will adopt the size of the 14 PM which is slightly bigger than the 15 PM, what made the 15 PM slightly smaller than the 14 PM was the slimness of the bezel, the 16 PM will most likely be the size of 14 PM with slim bezel and a 6.9 inch can easily fit in there

I think you should wait for the 16 Pro Max. The 14 Pro Max is still only 1 year and some months old, it’s still really good. As for the MacBook Pro, If you are not in a hurry, Apple will probably launch the M4 MacBook Pro at the end of the year or begging of 2025. Yeah, I think I will wait for the 16 Pro Max, but I debate if I should stay with the regular pro or choose the pro max this time (had a 12PM before which felt too bulky, heavy and uncomfortable for me). But, I do have big hands and the titanium makes it lighter of course. But now, the screen sizes are 6.3 and 6.9 inches. Therefore it's a complicated decision to make as a 14 Pro regular 6.1" owner. I want to upgrade after having 88% battery health, poor battery life, stuttering in some apps like X, Spotify, Safari and more, and many bugs and glitches that aren't occur in different devices that I have had before. Also, I heard the battery will be made of better materials like Stainless Steel or Aluminum, and heard the 14's and 15's batteries were made from cheaper materials and were cheaper too, and therefore the battery health was dropping significantly. As for the mac, I want and need an upgrade from my 2018 Gaming PC, I game on my PS5 only now so I want to switch to macOS from Windows 11 now. I think MacBook Pro is the best machine for me. I want to keep it for at least 4-5+ years. And need it for 80% home use like web browsing, watching YT videos, and maybe photo and video editing, sometimes leaning JavaScript and computer science via programming in VS Code app, and 20% to take it outside. Need it to the universitiy too. Ali Abdaal the youtuber has base M1 Pro 14" 32GB RAM 1TB SSD with SanDisk 2TB External SSD. I'm thinking about the same specs but with 14" M4 Pro base and 36GB RAM of course. IS it an overkill or worth it for the long range use case? Also, I debate between M Pro vs M Max chips and 14 vs 16 inches screen sizes. Whhich ones are the best to choose in your opinion? Thank.
