60 hz refresh rate in 2023 are u kidding me apple ?. I will consider s23 because the display is so good comparing to apple , amazing camera, the 3x potrait is like Wow❤🔥,smooth UI,battery is also good and I'm using it.
Everyone buys a phone. Display call quality and features are important. Camera above par is always fine. Samsung wins. Iphone will take decades to give decent specs. Usb 2.0, 60hz, dynamic notch, no dex , apple always a meh 😅
As much as I like the S23 the animations are freaking horrendous clearly you've never I repeat ever have had a super good animated phone if so you'd never say such a thing You've clearly never used an iPhone.
Bro no one talks about the battery life. I am getting 6-7 hrs of sot with 5G and still 15-20% battery left. One day I got an stupendous 7.53 hrs that is nearly 8 hrs of sot with 15% juice left. i have come from an iphone to a samsung s23 . i would say both have their advandtages and disadvantages ... but i like the s23 alot in terms of its functionality and flexiblity. IPHONE is no matter what you say a show off item especially in india... i just hated how difficuilt it was to move to android once you were in Apple ecosystem.
Hey, i am an iphone 11 user and i am looking to upgrade either on 15pro or s23. Can you pls explain the problems that you faced while switching and what are the things that you are missing in android
@@abhijitsingh6935 Well if you compare 15 pro to s23 then 15 pro would make sense but the cost difference is quite a lot. S23 is overall A GOAT phone its super smooth lag free and very customizable . iphone 15 pro would give you stablity and ios and a better camera.. but trust me S23's camera is superb as well. 1 biggest con is BATTERY life .. since s23 is a smaller phone its battery backup is bad . go for s23 plus and your problem would be solved .. overall i would say S23 is better for what its priced at. and performance lag free experience you will get in s23 i would asure you that as well. i am happy with my choice.
I don't know why since the launch of iPhone 15 most of the reviewers tend to forget 50 MP sensor on S23 which is not on by default. So if you compare details on a 12 MP pic with a 24 MP pic, there will less details. Also, what these tech reviewers never mention zoom level to figure out if one picture has less details than other. Even if you are printing, most of the normal large size prints will not have noticable difference. Last but not the least, since most of these pictures are uploded on social media platforms, they use their own compression alogs to reduce file sizes and will make it useless to upload a 24 MP pic.
I dropped the plan for iphone and purchased s23. Those minor camera differences doesn't matter because at the end you will edit and also I got frustrated from my ipad also so I decided for android and I am happy It is really fast and convenient to do anything and sharing to other devices. I create and shoot my yt videos from my s23.
Thanks. Could you please let me know which video-editing software do you use/ would you recommend to do video editing (i.e. inserting music/ audio against the pictures)
According to me the review wasn't totally complete . Let me explain: There was no speed test between both the devices. No proper gaming test. He mentioned that iOS 17 has generally smoother animations yet there was no animation comparison b/w the devices.( App opening and closing). No ram management test. No proper battery test.
Being a techy guy and my opinion would be like iPhone 15 would be better as they have overcome iPhone 14 issues an S23 issue. But not every tech youtuber will say, S23 series or any S series will set a benchmark at the beginning of every year and then all the companies try to overcome or try to surpass the benchmark. So if iPhone 15 will surpass only on camera then also its not a big deal. As S23 already has setup the benchmark of camera .
When I came to know that you can't control the notifications from your apps, can't use nearby share, or use your laptop to plug and access all the files, or record phone calls, or fill up govt forms where biometric is needed (2 years back), I dropped my dream of owning an iPhone. I want my phone to be mine, and not a device controlled by Apple. I'm a happy Samsung customer for last 10 years. Won't budge to go for a Chinese brand or apple in my whole life. Cuz afterall, I should be the controller of the phone and not the other way round... AND I KNOW THAT MY DATA IS MUCH SAFER WITH SAMSUNG.
I agree. My S23 feels a lot more premium than the basic iPhone. S23 is on par or better than the iPhone Pro's in my opinion. It's also lighter and fits the hand better.
Bro I already bought s23 256gb variant for 64400rs last week as luckily Vijay sales were out of 128gb variant and they offered me undeniable price. I am in love with this beast❤

@@stopcam.iso_1 Battery life has certainly degraded and am getting 5 hrs to 5.30 hrs SOT depending whether am on wifi or 5G, sometime i hit 6 but very rare tbh(watching movies over wifi obv will boost that number). Idle drain is increased as well. So, now more often then not I plug it to the charger once in 24hrs. To be very specific, if am charging upto 100 today 7pm the next I would need to plug it in 7pm other day with 10-15 percent left, which in samsung terms is 0 lol, coz post 15 percent drain is crazy 🤪 ( note: 6 working days means 5G all day long ) It's been over a year using this little beast!! Just continues to amaze me like it did for the first day I took it out of the box. The best thing about samsung flagships are you just don't get bored so easily. I had a tendency to change mobiles every 1 and half year, given that I never had an flagship before. This is different, it still feels fresh, UI continues to be super smooth, feature rich with new updates( yes am talking about the amazing AI) and cameras just mind blowing. Portrait shots, man just another level. The gradual blur as it gets far from the subject, the separation, the color just as good as it gets on a smartphone. I am watching this on iPhone 15 and loving it, may be I am way invested in the Apple ecosystem and really like IOS over Android but having said that, had I been using an Android device then S23 Ultra would be my choice !
Yes I agree with you.... The main backlogs of iPhone 15 and 15 plus are usb 2.0 and 60 hz refresh rate. Even 15k phones have 120 hz. I don't know why apple makes things so complicated and showcases as " we give pro motion for only the pro model " who TF calls 120 hz as pro motion. *Apple does* and i think it's not worth to buy a 80k phone without 120 hz. Becouse really I'm addicted to the fast refresh rate so much I can't shift to 60 hz paying 80k.
Trust me, if Apple gave 120hz to the base models, their pro models would not sell well. I don't like it too but it's all about making more money at the end of the day.
@@incognito5416 I think it's a strategy. They're trying to create as big of a gap between the Standard and Pro models of the iPhone as possible, so that more people considering an iPhone will go Pro, giving Apple the Money. And I hate to say it, but in the end, money matters for really any company. If they DO add a high refresh rate display to the iPhone, it's very likely going to be a 90Hz display, like with the Google Pixel, and by that time, the Pros will be far ahead of the normal models Apple does have some major advantages though: their cameras are very consistent, iOS is very well optimised, and their battery life went from being the worst in the industry, to pretty much top shelf endurance really quickly. For me, 60Hz is not an absolute dealbreaker, considering the other good stuff the iPhone 15 has.
@@richoryx1956 like customizations and apps and so on are much more limited on apple ios so i am getting the s23 . Also i dont like the camera on the iPhone 13 it makes some lights turn green/ yellow on camera but maybe the newer iphones are better!
Thanks for being one of the firsts to have compared these two phones. Great vid! It was funny how nitpicky you got about having to turn on the haptic feedback on the iPhone 15 keyboard though 😂 The only edge the S23 has, in my opinion, are the 120Hz display and USB-C 3.2. Others may say the 60Hz display and USB-C 2.0 are fine for most common users, but I can't imagine still having those specs when someone's planning to keep the iPhone 15 for 6+ years-as in as long as Apple will keep giving it the latest iOS version.
Bro you can hibernate the brain for 100yrs and you might find it functioning but a working multitasking brain has a limited age. Let this be an eye opener for people.
The iPhone 15 is a great phone no doubt Might even be the best money has to offer But even though 90Hz would have cost Apple just another 20 dollars(their profit is 400 dollars)they intentionally put 60Hz just so to Push people towards the pro. Samsung has better scratch protection and faster USB r/w speeds but let's call the design round a tie. 😂 Turn off auto HDR on samsung with Camera Assistant(galaxy store) and you'll be good to go. It's really pointless to compare thier battery. Either measure both in 60hz or both in 120hz. It varies tremendously. Even Tech-RU-vidr should know these things 😂😂😂😂😂

Why did you just do a "video" comparison with a sub-10-second clips? What are we supposed to assess in that? What's the point of such a comparison, except to just say "haa ha, iPhone better hai, forget it" without showing what its like? Also - The low-light on the S23 was better, and the main daylight video you showed was clearly an anomaly of missing exposure. All phones miss exposure once in a while. Even iPhone. Even Pixel. If we compare on those basis, you can rig a test to say anything.

Honestly, I wonder how you always have such mediocre results in photo-video with the Galaxy S, is it really to believe that it is done on purpose 🤔 Unless you're locked into the Apple ecosystem, the S23 is a better smartphone than the iPhone 15.
