The base 15 models are just the best deal of a base iPhone ever. I feel like they are too underrated even though they got a bigger upgrade than the Pro models this year. The regular 15 are the way to go this year be. At the same time the regular 15 got so much more than ever before, it is the first time I feel that the Pro models almost got nothing better to offer than the new design. At this point the Pro's are totally not worth it this year.

I mean think about it; the regular 15 has gotten more from last year’s Pro than ever - Dynamic Island - Frosted back glass - 48MP camera with 2x zoom - A16 Chip - Thinner borders - in addition to what’s on THIS year’s Pro, like USB-C, contoured edges and new Portrait features I think this is THE BEST iPhone you’re gonna be able to get for a while, maybe the 16 if it can/does get the Action button

I love that you didn’t criticize the 60Hz screen, because it doesn’t matter to the main public. Most iPhone buyers won’t care and you are the only RU-vidr who gets that and doesn’t turn down this amazing phone. Great job!

Black color is silky, shines, glimmers and is the absolute shock for me this year. I thought I'd never like a black iphone, but boy you have to see it live to understand. I wanted to get the green, but fortunately i noticed black and suddenly there was only one option for me to get. Silky, magnetic, hypnotizing black.

I got the regular 11 a while ago because it was such a compelling option with its upgrades over the previous generation, and now I think I’ll go with the 15 for the same reason

I got the 15 Plus a few days ago, I had the 13 Mini.. not gonna lie, I love it. I’ve had every model except the plus so this is new to me. I’m very happy with it.

I love the design of all iphone 13 above models. I managed to buy 15 pro in blue titanium from the base pink iphone 13 mainly because of the promotion and the macromode. However, if the base models had the promotion like they should have, I’m buying the base phone no matter what.

Going from my 14 pro max down to the iPhone 15 in pink. My phone is great but it’s beautiful and I can’t wait to have a cheaper phone bill. I never use all the features anyways and the colors are so beautiful!

I think that since the latest MacBook Pros were presented, Apple is offering products in its lineup that are truly pro...and "basic" products that are finally complete and satisfactory for those who don't have the need to purchase a pro device... As a person who might have to/want to buy an Apple product, I feel much more satisfied today compared to a couple of years ago, when by purchasing a non-pro model, you still spent a lot despite the sacrifices 👏

I love the green colour of the iPhone 15 Plus and I’m thinking of swapping out my 14 Plus for it as my plan allows me to swap phones every 90 days. Is it worth the swap? What’s the phone like when watching RU-vid in full screen landscape mode with the notch? Does it get in the way?

Yeah i canceled my 15 Pro Max order especially too after reading the overheating issues etc. I'll definitely be getting the 15 plus in PINK as its a better color compared to the boring pro. Also ill still have the "Dynamic island", a 48mp camera, and a longer battery life along with me saving an extra $200 for the same 512gb storage. I cant wait to get mine!!!

I was thinking between iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 pro and I ended up getting iPhone 15 and I am so happy with it. Because I saw that iPhone 15 has everything I need without getting the pro model.

Like the video wish the colors were a bit darker but he might be right might be the best iPhone yet because they have a lot of stuff for a non pro phone I’ll bet things drastically changed with iPhone 16 probably not as much on non pros and much more expensive just my opinion.

Now the question, does iphone 15 really have overheating issues? Is it depends on our usage?

My old phone was a Product Red iPhone 12. What Ive noticed since getting my green iPhone15 is that the new rounded edges do make the phone more comfy to hold, and actually provide a little more friction when you might be just propping the phone up in landscape mode agains something, but does make the phone feel.....swolen...., just a little more chunky than the 12. The colour - one thing I am a little disappointed in, the green is SOOOOOO pale. I really wanted more colour like the green from the iPhone 13. The frame is nice, but the back is so pale it's almost white. It might grow on me, but it is personal choice. Also no product red on the phone, only on the watch, so Ive upgraded my 4 year old SE to a series 9 in red. Waiting for that to arrive in a couple of days. USB-C, about friggen time. I do have a couple of lightning accessories that are now useless, but it was nice just plugging the new phone in to the USB-C chargers I already had. The new braided USB-C cables are also a nice change, I hope they last longer than the old Lighting cables.

I’m currently using a XR in coral and it’s the only reason why I enjoy my current phone now but I swear that green color is calling my name rn so tempted to cop 😂

I got the 15 Pro but now considering the regular 15 for all the reasons you stated. Only thing I will miss is the 120hz but like anything else your eyes adjust after a few days and won't even think about it

Agree. But that 60Hz refresh rate is killing me. Hopefully Apple will introduce the 120Hz panel for the base models in the next couple of years.

I love the pro but the 15 max is amazing. It feels lighter and the battery life is superior to both pro models. It must be the older chip and less power hungry than the new chips for the pro models. I still got a 15 pro max but you can’t go wrong with either model. Great video!

If you use your iPhone for shooting video, the ProRes log setting is only on the Pro models.

The camera specs of the iPhone 15 & 15 plus phones are the same, but in some comparison videos, the video quality (stabilization) seems to have a slight difference. Is it so? Can you explain a little?

Nice video! Checked the mobiles in person and honestly base model looks and feels more suave than the pro. Pro does not look sturdy at all or polished as it should be. I am just confused whether to get Pink or Green. I am kinda liking green more as it’s unique but pink has the most intensity of all the colors which is good as it looks nice in all angles and lights.

As a pro model user with a 14 Pro Max, I just can’t give up the always on display anymore. It’s so useful to me every day and having it with the new nightstand mode I’m using every night now, I just can’t imagine having to tap my screen every time I wanna see the time or notifications during the day. I used Android for years and always loved having an always on display with Android devices, but I actually think Apple does the AOD better now. Never thought I’d say that but I have to give credit where it’s due. Otherwise I’d just buy a regular iPhone most likely.

Wanted a Pro but it really doesn't seem much Pro from what people say. Will probably buy a Plus in black as I don't like any of these colours. Battery, weight, and feel but also durability and overheating in the pro is why it's a standard iPhone for me.

Many people complain about 15 pro battery worse than 15. People should go either 15 or 15 max.

If the standard 15 had at least a 90hz screen I’d consider it. Thats the only feature that I would want for me added to this phone. Otherwise it’s perfect. It’s the phone I’m recommending anyone upgrading this year buy

The usb c cable is lightning speed so basically nothing changes with putting files on your computer and as a content creator I need fast usb c speeds. But I know gen z never put files from their phone to the computer so this phone is for them.
