FYI the iPhone 8 and 8+ don’t actually have a home button it’s actually a button sensation thingy that happens when it touches ur finger. So if u tried to press it with a cloth in the middle of it and ur finger the “button” wouldn’t actually press. Also the iPhone 8 rose gold is a lot more pale than the 6s and 7. Sorry this was really long lmao.

I don’t think you should get the 8 yet, because if you’re getting it during the summer, the newest iPhone is gonna come out in September and there are some rumors that it’s going to be pretty cheap. I would personally wait. But you can do whatever you’d like :)

My iPhone 8+ was so hard to set up... I thought that tappy thing transfered everything too and made an itune backup but apparently it said something like "ios too old" so I couldn't transfer anything. So I realised I had to set up the 8+ as a new iPhone and then update it to the most recent version and then factory reset it and then I could transfer everything from iTunes! Legenthy process...

I kinda of want the 8 now. It's not like I want to keep up with the updates when you have a good condition phone but I've cracked it a bit so why spend money on that when I can get a new phone lol.
Tips for getting a new phone: Get it from the Apple store or the Apple website so you don’t get scammed. Get a pop socket, it will prevent you from dropping your phone. Get a glass screen protector, in case you drop your phone you will save a fortune if it cracks. You can just peel the protector off! Get a good case, not a water glitter one. I recommend otterbox or speck.
