@@SmartDepot yes, but months ago. Says either enter the pin(from prior user) or switch to email/email pin. Right now, I'm getting ready to buy the paid version. I tried to use the 2 weeks free, someone on another post, said it only works with paid version.

​@@mateoavina8708 you need an frp bypassing tool not a lock removal tool. You already factory reset the device which means it no longer has a lock screen to remove but it has an enabled frp lock.

Yes. You need to put in passcode before removing Apple ID so it's not a Hacking tool but a tool for genuine users who may have issues removing apple ID

@SmartDepot the story is not always about a stolen phone. Recently, my niece got hacked, and her Ipad has been locked with hacker's Apple ID since then. The pass code was changed, too. However, I was able to remove it. But I am now stuck with hacker's Apple ID and password.
