Same here but at least case manufacturers like phone rebel will build it in, hopefully others will follow.

That’s just kind of a downside is a lot of these batteries banks. The apple one doesn’t get as warm but it’s a lot more expensive

With the SE 2022, it doesn’t have MagSafe built in so you’d have to get a case that supports it. The Apple MagSafe battery pack helps with heat management but because the SE doesn’t have those magnets built in, I don’t think it will help. The software between the devices is what helps with that.
