I use a Samsung S24 Ultra Galaxy and I've accidentally dropped it several times unfortunately, and it's like new, it hurts to fall, but it's relieved to see that it's intact ❤
I mean I have an iPhone, and an iPhone fan but I really regret buying the iPhone because I can agree that the Samsung phones are likely better than iPhone especially the s24 ultra because of the amazing camera quality, works better in different regions and good battery life Btw I’m not trying to compare im just saying my opinion.
The back being glass is not the smartest, but falls like that, damage really depends on how it hits. At the same time if you need to see if your phones ok dropping is 30+ ft, you need to not be using a soft silicone case.
If you guys ever feel useless just remember that phone cases existed for the Nokia. Although it's not to protect the phone, it's to protect whatever thing it hit.
Thats real. I know. I had my samsung fall from 5th floor of a mall. I was so scared and frustrated. I took the stairs and ran insted of waiting for for lift. And i was so surprised and happy that it didn't even had a scratch. It was crazy. I almost had a heart attack. WTH . YALL TNKU . ITS MY FIRST TIME GETTING THIS MUCH LIKES AND C'S ON YT.😭😭😭😭
My S23 Ultra fell from the second floor onto concrete and it didn't break or get any kind of scratch. I couldn't believe it, it was really crazy and a huge relief at the same time to see the phone 100% intact...
iPhone and Samsung often comes down to personal preference, but there are several reasons some users consider the iPhone to be better: 1. **iOS Ecosystem Integration**: iPhones benefit from seamless integration with the broader Apple ecosystem, including iPads, Macs, Apple Watch, and AirPods. Features like Handoff, Continuity, and AirDrop make it easy to switch between devices or transfer files. 2. **Software Optimization**: Apple designs both the hardware and software for iPhones, allowing for smoother performance, better optimization, and fewer bugs. iOS is often praised for being more intuitive and user-friendly. 3. **Longer Software Support**: iPhones receive software updates for many years (often 5-6), keeping even older models up-to-date with new features and security patches. Samsung’s Android devices generally receive fewer years of updates, despite recent improvements. 4. **Resale Value**: iPhones typically hold their resale value better than Samsung devices. This makes upgrading to a new iPhone more affordable in the long run. 5. **Security and Privacy**: Apple places a strong emphasis on user privacy and security. Features like end-to-end encryption for iMessages, a privacy-centric approach to data, and a more controlled App Store environment appeal to users who prioritize security. 6. **App Store Quality**: Developers often prioritize iOS when releasing new apps or updates because iPhone users tend to spend more on apps. This can lead to a more polished app experience on iPhones. 7. **Consistency in Hardware Quality**: Apple has a track record of consistently high-quality materials and build across iPhones, offering a premium feel and durable design. Samsung also produces high-end phones, but iPhones are known for their overall polish. 8. **Camera Software and Processing**: While Samsung phones often have excellent camera hardware, many users prefer the iPhone’s photo processing and color accuracy. The iPhone camera system tends to produce more natural, balanced photos. On the other hand, Samsung devices also have their strengths, like hardware variety, customization, and cutting-edge display technology, so it really depends on user needs and preferences.
@@user-wg7tw9ex4k Thats Because Samsung lasts long enough to entertain you (like a clown) and it lasts long enough to see you be sick. Iphone is a skull because its always dead...
@@tekamer6566that's not entirely true, the biggest reason why the IPhone cracked was because of the backs of Iphones are made of glass which is scratch resistant but cracks easily while the backs of samsungs are plastic so they are crack resistant but easily scratched
I'm that used to Samsungs surviving drops, that I never try catch my phone.. Got a cheap case and screen protector. Underneath, it's still like new after a year.
Every time I let someone look at my phone they always go to the camera and say "wow this is as good as an iPhone" and it is. Because apple sources their cameras from Android.
I use Samsung phones for over 10 years now, had 4 over this time (not because they were broken but the technology changes). All still work, none of it have broken glass (one have a little crack on the corner, one line thing and that's it) and I did sometimes drop them (once even throw one to the wall when got scared 😆). So yeah... Don't know about other phones, but Samsung just gained my trust. 🤷♀️
I prefer Samsung to iPhone. I also by the obscure ones that others dont seem to be rushing to buy. Ive got a A53 and have never had any issues with. Got a decent case thats saved my phone so many times .
Not quite, quite literally unfair, for a real drop test they should have done the same thing for both phones. The iPhone took way more hits than the Samsung and people still think Samsung is so much stronger, like what?
Not trying to be mean, but you are all blind. The iPhone dropped way farther. If they drop the same height, the difference would’ve been less dramatic.
The fact that my Iphone dropped and doesn't have a scratch yet the screen internally messed up while my samsung literally has pieces of the screen missing and it still works..
The Active Series when it was around. Was untouchable. What killed my s6 active was being plugged in and having water spill into the charge port, but it didnt really kill it, the port fried, like smoke and all, but i could still use it with a wireless charger and did so for 4 months until i got back from Kuwait. What my next phone was the S8 active, which had battery swelling after i used it for 26 hours plus, while it was on my dashboard of my car, while charging the whole time. I was driving from Fort Riley Kansas to Sacramento California. It still worked, but the battery swelled and broke the seal on the phone so i replaced it. That phone survived falling off of my car and getting hit by a semi. I bought it may of 2018 and replaced it June of 2021.
Have the s20 with no case for 4 yrs. Dropped it over 30 times. Minor cracks on the corner. Back cover seal came loose because my phone holder in the car is next to the heating vent.
other way around, the first drop was the iphone, look at the record button since the samsung has an all white record button and the iphones is red. They both dropped similar heights, but id wager the samsung fell a floor or two more since by my count the iphone fell 6 flights. the bouncing on the rails definetly goes to the samsung, it hit the rails 3 or 4 times.
@crikeymate9410 also the fact he found the iphone first means u can infer that it was higher up the staircase than the samsung meaning it didnt fall as far
I was literally thinking the same... In fact my only thought throughout this whole short was where the hell are they filming this? It looks like a liminal space
@@Pajon03 he dropped the Samsong first and it got one hit and the iPhone got 3 hit and he dropped the iPhone further down, why does nobody do a fair comparison with both phone
Bro an iphone fell from a plane 12000 feet up in the air and it survived so what happend in this video is nothing compared to that iphone that fell out of a plane
Bro even if ANY phone fell from a plane and landed in that exact same way it would be fine cause it would hit max speed quick and also the phone landed on grass I'm not talking Samsung or Iphone I mean any phone ever would have been unharmed
"let's put a breakable backing on it!" Smartest idea since ditching a plastic screen. Don't care that those scratched easy, we had protectors. Face it these p.o.s. now are made to break for money, especially now with non detachable battery. And those "cheap cases" do add a lotta protection than you think. Guaranteed the damage would've been more to both phones. Not anywhere near a high dollar case but still pretty convenient for SHORT drops, not from a mountain lol. Surprised either made it down in one piece. Good demonstration though.
I had a Samsung Galaxy A9 that was stepped on by a ±100kg rugby player with torques on. The glass was cracked. The display was fine. Ive dropped my S20 FE face first onto gravel and tarred roads. Its still perfectly fine. My friend dropped his iPhone 13 on a wood floor from table height. The back glass ate shit on his phone. I don't like taking sides, you like what you like, but I've had at least 5 people who switched to android in recent years and 4 of them agreed its better.
quality on screen and navigation through apps> iPhone| battery life, durability, android wish these two would combine one day and make a crazy phone same with xbox and ps if they combined would be a crazy world
Bruh . I had married . Had children. Lived a happy life. Got grandkids . Watched my wife die . Almost dies from heart attack but survived just to hear that fucking beatdrop 💀
I don’t use iPhone for its durability bc I don’t drop my phones, I just prefer its layout and how everything looks compared to Samsung. I’ve used both, they run the same and cost the same, and the layout is preference. I just prefer how my iPhone looks
