Him: When we got there the crew seemed very happy If I was there: When we got there the crew seemed very sad, a kid caught both the iPhones and ran off
Nice setup, look at 2:19 and watch in 0.25x speed and pay attention the when the phones screen faces the camera while dropping, white line was already there
2:17 play in slomo! Phone is set up to fail 2:29 guy shit his pants or something.. 3:45 your own phone? "No sim installed" Guys, don't hate on him or anything, but I just noticed this lol
@@TheQuarter see 2:17 at 0.25 speed n u will see that the iphone's screen at the side is already like the one you see later when they say it got "damaged"
I'd be interested to see what effect it has on the internal mechanisms of the iPhone such as optical stabilisers Gyro's etc etc. The shock resistance may prevent external damage but what about damage to moving parts from rapid velocity change.
@Vansh Bajpai 8G DPSKWhy don’t they show the drop footage from the uncased phone? While there is obviously damage it may also have still been recording. My concern is not so much with the fixed components it would be questions like: does the optical stabilisation still work? Do the level and gyro dependant systems still work accurately . I know Apple had a tech that locked drives if a device was falling and maybe a similar thing happens here?
I think that might be a reflection, but tbh can't tell. Edit: I watched it in 0.25x and the break happens like less than a second after he throws it out. You can see it unbroken for a bit but then just poof, it glitches.
@@PawelossiGamesandConsols Yeah, I did. I think he might have done it to "impress" everyone and sell the cases. He got sponsored by this case company and well, scammed some people into buying them cases.
@@camhollo1139 the screen was already not working from the beginning, look at 2:19 and you can see it as he drops it out of the helicopter. Absolute scam lol
1200 ft is honestly insane for a phone to survive without any critical damage. I’ve never seen an iPhone case that can Absorb a lot of energy. Keep up the great content!
@@ariwertheim8237 still a setup tho, watch 2:19 in 0.25x and pay close attention to when he let's go of the phone, when the screen faces the helicopter for a split second you can see the white bar that supposedly happened after hitting the ground
@@maiziegray6427 If you’re looking for world-class phone protection, go for Mous. I had one of their cases and screen protectors and every time i dropped my iPhone, I didn’t notice a scratch on it.
think about it when people see this video they say to themselves "holy shit man this is the best case on the market!" and they buy the case then they stick with the company buying tons of cases now multiply that x100,000 boom, you made profit
I had a tough day and way pretty low..... especially after something really bad happened....but the thumbnail itself brought a smile on my face..... Thanks Arun❤️😊
I've always thought of you as an outstanding youtuber and I do have to say my opinion has changed slightly after being directed here 2:17 play it using 0.25 speed and you will see the phone is already broke before he throws it out of the helicopter
@Theodor Danilov yes it does matter the phone was purposely broken before hand and after the drop it sustained no additional damage the drop site chosen is ridiculous and hardly a good place to test durability the landing zone might as well be a cushion the case will be perform no better than any other decent case this whole thing is rigged for wow factor and there really isn’t any
@@hectichive889 probably bcuz dropping it out of the helicopter at some point is rendered useless if it equals the same velocity as something not high in the air.
Why do all of these helicopter drop videos make it land on grass? Everything Apple Pro dropped it into concrete from much lower and the X was completely destroyed.
Because a phone will never actually sustain any damage being dropped onto grass, no matter the height. A phone doesn't have enough weight to have a self destroying terminal velocity. The grass and dirt absorbs the impact. And the unprotected phone didn't break, if you watch 2:17 to 2:20 at 0.25x you'll see the screen is already broken
Luka Veljović When We Comment our Comment were being shown on top but in the latest update RU-vid shows the latest Comment by default so I can't get Attention on my Important Comments
Unforutnately this is very misleading. As @XIII pointed out, the uncased phone is ALREADY BROKEN before the drop. Play from 2:19 @0.25x speed. The damage can be seen when the phone flips to face the camera immediately after dropping. Furthermore, notice how the first phone dropped recorded using front facing camera but THE SECOND PHONE DIDN'T RECORD ANY FRONT FACING VIDEO.
I think that these kind of tests have their place because manufacturers know that these tests prove their claims about their products are true. Totally interesting and enjoyable, great video! Keep it up,Arun.
I have the mous carbon fibre case for my iPhone XR and I think these cases are pricey but they're are 100% worth their money. It's incredible what my phone can now stand wit this case.
@Anony Mouse oh no, that's not good to hear. My s20, I'm using now, has had a cracked screen from week 1... I only had a cheap case on it. I thought it was too expensive to change the screen and the back, for one crack. I have to say, in 2 years, the cracked hasn't got any worse .. but it's still not a good thing. Thanks for your comment. 😀
really i normally watch every Video but then i obviously missed the essential phone from the elephone s8 i new it but from the essential phone not thanks
The case is really good. Ive bought one for my old phone, and now I have one for my iphone 11. I drop my phone alot, but im not worried bc this case is just insane. I recommend the carbon fibre.
90% of comments on Mous reviews: "Who else got a Mous ad before the video?" "You obviously didn't try hard enough" "If you dropped it on x surface it would've broken" "The Nokia was stronger" "This single split second of editing is somewhat questionable therefore the entire thing is fake"
Very nice video . I’ve been thinking of buying a mous case for my iPhone but I was thinking that if the advertisement from RU-vid about they’re cases are really that durable . later your video comes out and gave me very useful informations . I always love this guy that makes useful contents in a interesting way , also presenting the information clearly . Keep up we always support you. 🔥
Look at MobileReviewEh's review. The iPhone breaks from a 4-foot drop, they cannot survive a 4-foot face first drop onto concrete but can survive a 1200 foot drop onto grass covered by a tarp. Do not buy this case, the company hypes up their product, but it doesn't actually perform well in unbiased reviews.
