iPhone X/XS/XR/11: Keyboard or Lock Button Click Sound Not Working? FIXED! 

Thank you so much. I borrowed my sister's iphone for a school project and after returning it, she told me that the keyboard doesn't make sounds anymore although in the settings it was turned on. So I felt bad and think it was my fault coz I was the last person using it. I know how much she loves that clicking sound from the keyboard so I literally searched it in the internet and this is the only video that helped me resolve the problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️

That’s embarrassing. We always seems to forget there’s that switch on the left side of our phone. 😅

I have had this phone for almost a year now and had no idea there is even a switch there! Thanks for the help on this, it was driving me crazy, I triple checked my settings and cycled the phone on and off several times, now I know.

I my gosh thanks so much not hearing the clicking sound was driving me crazy I had everything on in the settings and then I look at the side of my phone and it was on silent thanks so much 😊😊😊😊

What if everything is on but it’s just really low, both of them are really low. What do I do ?

Holy macaroni, two hours, count them, 1-2 hours of trying to fix this, and you turn up, tell me just how big a dick I am, and I have keyboard sounds again. I haven’t been this embarrassed since I farted at a funeral…thanks buddy, you’re a life saver !

My ip11 keyboard issue is the volume mine will have a less sound when u type at first but the longer u type the more it will became loud as default in ur volume..How to fix this sir?

I genuinely thought my iphone is broken, I spilt coffee on it then my keyboard clicks and games sound are no longer working. Apparently my ringer is on silent. 🙃Life saver!!!! Thank you!

What even this solved all of my problems I thought I had to make a whole long trip to the apple store because all of my settings were on for keyboard and lock screen haptics and sounds! I never knew I had a button on the left side of my phone that could turn that all off!! Thank you for the video info! Im enjoying my keyboard clicking as i type!
