At 326 PPI, it IS a rippof... it's been that way since the iphone 4, the iphone 4 for fuck sakes, how fucking long does it take them to realize 326 ppi ISN'T INVISIBLE to the human eye. They made everyone believe anything over 300ppi is useless. Now everyone that has used an iphone X knows how patheticly blury 326ppi is compared to what you see with Samsung for 1/3 of the price....

How is it years ahead? The Samsung Galaxy S9 is better in every way. It has more Power, has an IP68 rating, a screen with a higher resolution and its way cheaper. There are literally no benefits of having an iPhone.

I mean i respect all companies its not like a race, its literally technology, i consider Apple's products to be amazing but definitely not the best. Where Apple creates one phone Android has a wide variety of phones which increases the possibility of better results, because of more innovation and ideas. If you like Apple I have nothing against it, I have an iPad which I enjoy using, but for the price of the product (iPhone) you are missing out on a lot of other new technology released from different companies, you cant be one sided, i don't really care what you think, its just you are simply missing out! All in all, iPhone is a great phone but there are phones out there that are cheaper and/or better!

Galaxy I have felt the same way fir years. SJ was customer oriented. The new phones break so easy quality is much less. It’s no longer innovative. I see the Samsung phones really superior even though everything I own is Apple. Mac MacBook iPad iPhone. I think this year sales will really see a drop in purchase in the next 6-9 months.

Unbox Therapy is right, you can buy a Samsung Galaxy s8 Plus for like $450-$500! And the Galaxy S8 has a very very beautiful AMOLED display, without NOTCHES XD. I'm an apple fan but tbh apple is messing up bad. They're toooooo overpriced.

There actually were cases, and Apple actually did make it less bendable in the next version. If it weren't a real problem, they probably wouldn't have done it. Also, even if it doesn't bend permanently, easy bending will increase the chance of breaking the seal for water resistance.

Here in Brazil, an iPhone X with 256GB costs R$ 8747 it means 9 times the minimum wage in the country. A person needs to work more than 9 months to buy a phone and live in the streets and eat air. There’s portrait mode even with a single camera, the resolution is average at best but still fine, the bezels are bigger but there’s still no chin like all other android phones, yeah the removal of the headphone jack sucks (there’s no argument against that) but there are alternatives. I’m not saying the XR is better than the 6T but for many people android isn’t even an option. Many people are used to iOS and having the option to buy a a cheaper iPhone with all the new features is a pretty good option.

Apple is not a technology company any more. You can't compare them to Asus, Samsung, Xiaomi snf others... The smartphone market is saturating and maturing, and that means that business is going to get tougher. R&D costs are going up, and margins are coming down. Apple has noticed that you can spend less money on development while keeping a large part of their fanbase if they remake themselves as a lifestyle company. What you actually get doesn't matter, as long as the user believes that their social status is going up. Apple is closer to Louis Vuitton than Xiaomi. They do accessories and not tech, and they are making more money than any tech company, annoying as it is.

During a OnePlus interview they say that OnePlus 3T 5T got this T because every other brand is naming their phones with "S", OnePlus is plus one so they let their phones be "S+1=T". Interestingly R+1=S.... So I think Apple is just picking up the letter before "S" to show that "XR" is an inferior model of "XS" (just my guess....)
