Probably not much difference! However, there may be quite a lot of energy in those 30nm and, being blue, these are highly energetic photons. They could result in stimulating the melanocytes resulting in a darkening of the skin. So, be careful!!
Hi I have an IPL device with 470nm-1100nm, I bought it for hair removal but after watching this I'm wondering and hoping it could be used in other ways too. The device has 6 intensities - I don't know if these change the nm range or if they work another way. Could the nm range be changed this way or would it need glass filters?
