@@sunnymitra6372 Get educated. All government property isn't public property. In that case, random people would start living in SP/DM/CM/PM houses. There would be no restricted areas for military bases too, lol. People would start claiming Government offices. That's not the case right. According to the law, if SP/DM etc are occupying a government house, it's their own temporary private ownership. That goes for CM/PM etc. They just can't sell it.
