My family lived there, on Great Neck...I miss the clams we would dig at the beach, ice skating on the pond. I miss Appleton farms, where my parents would buy a bushel of apples every year, for my 8 siblings and me . I miss riding my horse at Cranes Beach. I miss everything Ipswich!

So glad you had fun. My mom is a native and I lived there in the early 70s. During my last visit I hit the Clam Box three times.

@@AlainaPinto Its right down the hill from where you got your sandwich. The local legend is that in the early 1700's a minister gave such afire and brim stone sermon that that devil was chased off the roof of the church with his footprint seared into the rock slope below. Pretty sure the town still paints a circle around it.
