IAS Ira Singhal is the incumbent Deputy Commissioner in the Office of Divisional Commissioner and is the first differently abled woman in India to top CSE in the year 2014. Ms. Singhal did her B. Tech. from NSIT, Delhi and has completed her MBA from FMS, Delhi. She is the brand Ambassador for Department of Disability and Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. She has won many prestigious awards including President's Gold Medal for Acing the IAS Training, India Today’s Woman of the Year 2015 Award, Registered her name in the Limca Book of Records and many more awards.
