The Georgians have the best training system, As they all wisely include the key compound exercises in their training, and at fuller range of motion, They also practice pull against other elite arm wrestlers, The fact that their country has at least 3 east vs west champions only further proves that their training style works.
@@kasavaman007Too bad Sasho doesn't look as improved, he seems filled out. I think he could easily cut to 85 kg and dominate there for a long time, he still incredibly strong, no shame in losing to this Irakli.
I complained before about the translator and will write here as well. The Georgian translator missed a very important thing that Irakli said. He said he promises that he won't lose a single round in this category.
Irakli could get one pin round one, just bc of pure explosiveness. Devon would take his soul after that. The gap in endurance is WAY too big whilst the power might be the same overall, Irakli might have a stronger linear backpressure - but that is NOTHING compared to the tools Devon has. Height. Reach. Leverage. Hands. Fingers. Pronation. Hook. Press. Endurance(!!!). And so on.
Irakli is making progress year over year that, if it continues at this rate for a few more years, will have him being the best at 95kg and perhaps 105kg (unless Devon comes down to 105kg)
It's going to be VERY VERY hard to beat Irakli at 95Kg. Only Ongrabaev and potentially Todd hutchigns or a healthy John Brzenk might stand a chance. Everyone else I can't see beating him at that weight
