This video shows one of the traditional dishes of Bandar Abbas called Tamoshi.
Tamoshi is a combination of dough, eggs, chips, cheese and soil.
In this dish, soil is used, which is mixed with water and becomes a sauce. This soil was brought from Hormuz Island and according to them, it is very strong and has high iron and minerals. This soil is also used in some foods, including fish.
There are usually many vendors along the beach who work at night to prepare this food. This dish is sometimes served with chocolate and banana.
