Fun fact about “Ali Qapu”. yes qapu means door in Turkish. during the Safavid empire we had a rivalry with the Ottomans. they built a huge palace with a huge door and called it Ali qapu meaning the great door and the Safavid king, i believe Shah Abas, built this palace in response then he ordered to build a new door for Imam Ali’s shrine in Najaf and took the shrine’s door and placed it for his palace and then called his palace Ali Qapu (again meaning the great door” much love ❤️ Davud! thanks for the videos
