Iran Mall is the largest shopping center in the world in terms of area and one of the largest commercial, cultural and social projects in the world, which is located in the northwest of Tehran next to Chitgar Lake.
This multi-purpose complex is designed on a land area of 317,000 square meters and has seven floors. The area of its infrastructure in the first phase is one million and 350 thousand square meters, which will increase to one million and 600 thousand square meters after the completion of all development stages.
The first phase with a capacity of 267,000 square meters of gross rental area and 708 retail units was opened on May 1, 2017.
Iran Mall has been present in Mapik for three years (from 2015 to 2017) and was also awarded by RLI as the best expected shopping center in terms of dimensions and service, cultural and entertainment spaces in 2017.
According to Guinness world records, the longest continuous concreting in Iran has ended. This record was achieved between March 1 and 6, 2018.

The center of the market is Chaharsouk. Chaharsouk divides the market into 4 sections and the space of each store is between 500 and 1000 meters. The traditional market with an area of about 10,000 square meters is located on the west side of Iran Mall.
This complex with Iranian-Islamic architecture is a place to display and sell handicrafts, souvenirs and products from different parts of Iran.
The roof of the visit garden is 14 meters long. It has a glass roof and is decorated with fountains and palm trees. The design of Didar Garden, which has an area of 3000 square meters, is inspired by the architectural brick motifs of the central regions of Iran, such as Yazd and Kashan.
One of the most prominent parts of the traditional bazaar is Hall of Mirrors, which was built based on the design of Hall of Mirrors in Golestan Palace. More than 38 million mirror pieces have been worked into it, and the Nishaburi carpet covers 126 square meters.
In the southeast side of the Iran Mall traditional market, a space of 250 square meters is dedicated to a traditional drink.
Bagh Mahan with a width of 50 meters and a length of approximately 170 meters and an area of about 16,000 square meters has been built on three floors of the first to second commercial parking on five floors. Another feature of this garden is the design of its roof structure. For the first time in Iran, membrane coatings (ETFE) have been used to cover the roof of this building.
Iran Mall has a separate structure which is named after Jundishapur Library after Jundishapur University. This library uses earthy and warm wooden colors in its interior design to convey the sense of hospitality and genuine Middle Eastern comfort and is built on three floors. It is equipped with more than 45,000 volumes of books, manuscripts and documents. Separate reading studios also welcome those who enjoy reading in a more secluded and private area.
The car exhibition is located in the west of Iran Mall with the aim of displaying the latest technology of the car industry. A cafe is located in the center of the exhibition.
