I started watching your podcasts since some time ago. But your perspective on Iran (and attaching a motive to Iran if they engage with the West on the Palestine cause even when genocide is unfolding for many months ) is just ridiculous. It just reminds me when Yemen Houthi forces started firing rockets on Israel and blocking there ships in the red sea to force Israel stop committing genocide, then the journalist told the Houthi spokesman that Houthi are attacking the West just as a posture and to win PRAISE. I love the reply of the spokesperson, who said that even if the Houthis didn’t care for the Palestine and they may be doing just to get praise, what is stopping other countries to try winning praise. My analysis is that Iran was already a darling of the West during the Shah. Only point of contention between Iran now and US is the Iran’s assertion on one-state solution. I believe if Iran today just abandons Palestine/Lebanon, then it will be a darling again of the Genocidal West (like Pakistan, Jordan etc.) By the way, I am Sunni. And I am not Pakistani.
