Israel spends tons of resources and know how developing the world's best defense systems to protect its citizens. Hamas and Hezbollah spend billions on rockets and tunnels for their fighters only, but can't be bothered to even build air raid shelters for their citizens. That's really all you need to know about each side's priorities.

a lot of the videos show secondary explosions proving that what they bomb does have hidden rockets or missiles within. i learned that they use satellite images to sense heat, gas and unusual tracks (like the track of a long truck that’s armed with a missile) to “see” where they park and hide. smart
Laser defense systems still have a ways to go. Most of what we hear about the US and Israel is just hype. Developing hypersonic missiles took six decades, and we're still working on the tech that enables missiles that can go over Mach 30. Some Israelis love to bring up Iran in every discussion. Iran does have a SATEB defense system in development, but it's still far from being a reliable battlefield defense system. These systems will likely only be effective against dumb rockets and drones. Don't expect too much from them just yet.
I'm not saying it doesn't work. I'm saying these systems only work against easy targets like dumb drones and missiles. And why haven't we seen any real videos of the system actually targeting a real military threat? Every time Israel talks about its laser system, it's just a fake photo or animation.

I'm not so sure about that. There's a reason Iran hasn't come to the direct defense of their allied neighbors who are being slaughtered. I think it has to do with the red, white, and blue military industrial complex backing Israel.
