You have it all sussed now then. I had to smile when you got the greaseproof paper out. I used it so much in the caravan, especially in my baking trays, it just collects any fat produced during cooking and can just be thrown away to save getting grease down the plug hole. Still do that now. The mattress topper is a great idea when you have to use the seats as a bed. You have a very compact and orderly life, everything you need and no clutter. That's my kind of life, too 🙂.
