Today we will review the complete checklist of documents required for your visa application submission. Please subscribe and share this video with those who might find it helpful.
IMPORTANT: Bring multiple printouts of all mentioned documents to your appointment.
Generate IRL Application Number:
Fill out the AVATS form with basic information: name, date of birth, passport details, and purpose of visit (study).
You'll receive an 8-digit transaction ID. Use this to book your VFS visa application.
VFS Visa Application:
After submission, you'll receive an application form and payment receipt via email. Print copies of these.
AVATS Form and Summary:
Download and print the AVATS form before submitting it.
The AVATS summary sheet, available after submission, is crucial.
Medical Insurance Documents:
Bring your medical insurance policy with at least $100,000 coverage and the payment receipt.
Police Clearance Certificate:
Attach the original certificate.
Passports:
If you have multiple passports, bring all of them and color printouts of every page, including blank ones.
University Offer Letter:
Carry the unconditional offer letter from your university.
Include all payment receipts to the university (e.g., offer acceptance and 50% of tuition fees).
Educational Documents:
Bachelor's degree, semester-wise mark sheets, transcripts, provisional degree certificate, 10th and 12th mark sheets, and certificates.
Updated resume.
IELTS scorecard.
Statement of purpose (SOP): Explain why you chose Ireland, your university, and course, how it will help you, and your future plans.
Gap explanation letter if applicable.
Identification Proofs:
Bring your Aadhaar card and PAN card.
Financial Documents:
Fill the Financial Summary Form with details of you and your sponsors. Get it signed by your sponsors.
Affidavits of support or sponsorship from a notary, detailing the sponsor's relationship and support amount.
Name change or spelling change affidavit if applicable.
Sponsors' identification proofs: passports, Aadhaar cards, and PAN cards.
Six months of bank statements for you and your sponsors, no older than 6 days from the appointment date.
Balance certificates, FD certificates, proof of income, and three years of income tax returns.
Financial Cover Letter:
Explain your financial support, main sponsor, fee payments, and scholarships. Include FD details like maturity date and amount.
Loan Documents:
Loan sanction letter, disbursement letter, property valuation, life insurance, gift deeds, CA certificate, sale deed, and PF.
Employment Details:
Employment letter, offer letter, previous experience letters, experience or relieving letter, ITR or Form 16 for the last three years, and last six months' payslips.
Check and Verify Form:
Complete the form for the VFS office, including your and your sponsors' details.
Covid Vaccination Certificate:
Bring your certificate.
Ensure you seek proper guidance from your counselor and confirm all details before taking printouts or submitting anything online.
