Ireland vs England Rugby 2001 

First win over England since 1994. I remember watching the auld 5 Nations as a kid and we never beat anyone other than Wales the odd year.

A great match I recorded on VHS but I dont remember why it was postponed on October

Martin Johnson did not play in this game. I don't think Ireland would have won if the game had been played in the spring of 2001 as England were on a hot run of form at the time. They had thrashed everyone, including putting nearly 50 points on France. Still Ireland deserved to win on the day - but England still won the championship.
