His passing is a tragedy. Every time I hear him speak I realize how a "conventional" education or qualifications mean nothing.....the most important thing is to be curious, thoughtful and insightful. He is so articulate, wise and humble.
Rightly said. A Tragedy. I still can't come to terms. He was my only favorite actor in the industry who also had my respect. I never ever thought his journey was going to get cut short so tragically even when he was diagnosed. I can only imagine what his family might still be going through if his fans still refuse to accept it.
The most touching part is at 4.00 where he express how he wish to grow old.... and now ironically he is gone.... with all those ideas..... apparently one of the last interview of him
I just can’t believe he is no more. Irrfan is not my relative or even known to me . But it Pains a lot & I get teary eyes whenever I hear his voice. I don’t know how long it will take for me to fathom with the loss of a beautiful Human-being? Babil & sutopa stay strong. It’s reason like this why my faith in God is eroding towards being agnostic. Exactly, this is the first time I felt so sad for any celebrity. The only explanation I have is he is a divine soul who was here for sometimes to entertain and enlighten us.
It's an irrepairable loss, the way he talked about sex, sexuality and 'me too', he was way ahead of his fellow actors...sure, not insecure of his talent, always getting better, no ego, no fake persona, he was just himself...

This is such a great interview, he has never failed to inspire. He talks with so much knowledge and responsibility, he will forever be the Greatest actor.
He went 'spontaneously'. He was God's child, we didn't deserve him more than what we got of him, he took it back. this world is a flawed place and he is in a better place where he has to do even better things for the much better beings. That's how I consoled myself when my father died and that's how I am consoling myself now when Irrfan is not with us.

there are many movie stars but what sets irrfan apart is the love for the craft and making the journey of the characters as his own which is rare..! really hope any journalist notice this and convey this to him... big fan

Miss you sir , oh God . we are unlucky could not be able to watch that Vishalji `s movie of him and Deepika padukone ,him lip sinking a song and romancing her onscreen, RIP, its almost a week, couldn't believe that he is no more with us physically, but his movies speaks louder,a legend, watching again again his movies,interviews, even now heart is aching, God give courage to his family and friends, 😪
It makes me sad looking at his face in this interview...he looks unwell. He was already diagnosed in 2018 and he was in so much pain. Life is so cruel to some people sometimes...the sad part is that our dear Irrfan had to deal with that.

He was like .🤔. like, my next door boy and not like a so called film STAR. Unfortunately we believe and accustomed of knowing a star leads a creamy, dreamy life, all the world under his feet and fate, perhaps we someway cannot relate that star with the kind of personality Mr. Irrfan was even being in the pool of glamour for soooooo many years. He was well aware of his demands in life which made him go at and explore his unlimited skills. For a long period he also had a belief like mass commercial film audience that confinded him in shell. Over a decade even the industry could not asses to explore his skills, till he did not inject different colours and sheds in common, eidotic and monotonous stories of love and hatred. Now he left us yet he'll remain our next door neighbor. We will be able to show out grand childnen a STAR twinkling bright above among many others. The STAR who would connected us differently. Long live with peace.
First time listening Irrfan Khan talk about his wife at length....how wonderfully he describes his equation with her in an easy breezy way...rather cheekily.

You can see from this interview how Irrfan was looking forward to growing old. He talks about how actors like Clint Eastwood are still relevant and probably wanted to experience similar things as he grew older.
