Here you go folks --- Step 1: Press and hold the volume down button (1) and power button (2) at the same time until the screen lights up, then let go. Step 2: It will say "START" at the top of the screen, use the volume down key to navigate to Recovery Mode. Press and release the power button and the KaiOS screen will appear. Step 3: NO COMMAND will appear, press & hold the power button then press & release the volume up button and power button. Step 4: Scroll down to WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET press & release the power button. Step 5: Scroll down to Factory Reset, press and release the power button. Step 6: It will go back to REBOOT SYSTEM NOW, press & release the OK or the power button. The device will reset. You'll need to re-login to your accounts.
@@oldrocker5386 No,CC tells me they can't fix and to wait for a fix to come from the manufacturer. I have other problems with this phone as well. CC says even if they send me a replacement it will probably do the same things.
@@oldrocker5386 Talk to text started working again, Went to bed with a !00% charge on my phone, woke up the next day and it was almost dead. They must have updated it during the night.
