I'm a big irish rugby fan but i will never forget this day I was watching this match Japan never gave up it was the best ending to a match I've ever seen in my life #never give up ❤ well done Japan 👏 💪
+忍切り切りマイ It would be a perfect day if your Emperor apologised for war crimes and your country put a stop to "scientific" whaling. But hey, what's more important than winning a game of rugby.
+theboss1967able hey so what country do you come from so we can insist on it's apologies for historical issues completely out of context to this topic?
In my kitchen in Dublin, cooking steak, mushrooms and onions, and i nearly burned everything due to the last 3 minutes!! I went crazy for Japan too. Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!
As an Irish man in London I am absolutely proud as punch to see this video, and even though it was just myself and the missus watching the game at our place, both of us leapt up like 12 year old kids screaming when Japan ran that try in. The missus started crying when she saw the Japanese man in the crowd showing such heartfelt emotion. The missus is American, and so you can see the impact this game has had globally. I am so proud of Japan, and I hope that this sends ripples through the younger generations, to inspire them to play this beautiful sport. Scotland next!
Irish really love the rugby!! the rugby is the best!! I love Irish dance and nice people.and I feel nostalgic for Irish stew.I miss them I have been to Dublin for 1 month 32 years ago when i was 19 years old.and I learned English for 1 month. that was so nice memory.I miss them God Bless Ireland.Love from Japan
Im Irish and was at a pub in Cardiff during the Japanese game. The atmosphere was amazing everyone from other pubs on the streets were screaming and they were all Irish people. I remember that more than I remember the Ireland vs Canada game. I couldn’t help but smile when they beat us in the 2019 World Cup because it means so much to be an underdog and win.
+Didier Peinke Your splendid personality is a pride of South Africa Your splendid personality is a pride of Rugby God Bless south africa.I respect you love from Japan
Was in The Yard bar a few mins up the road, watching that match was one of the most enjoyable experiences (sporting or otherwise) I've ever had. Congrats to Japan, best of luck in your remaining games!
To me, this is one of the most important games that world Rugby has ever had - if not THE most important. A true underdog story, a world united to support an underdog, closely contested through it's entirety and the best possible ending with an announcement made by a tier 3 team that they had arrived as a Rugby heavyweight. There isn't anything that this game is missing, it's got it all. As much as it pains Boks fans to see this game replayed, this was Japan's coming out party as a Rugby heavyweight. Both teams played a hard game and there is no shame in losing to Japan. BRAVE BLOSSOMS!!!
Conor Gallagher you're a legend for filming this, go raibh maith agat! My hands are shaking from watching this and it happened 2 bloody days ago! I also fecking love Irish fans at any sport.... The Japanese team gave me one of the great moments of my life, never mind in sport... Good luck for the rest of #RWC2015 to the Brave Blossoms!
I'm Japanese, and thank you for cheering. Before this game, I was not so interested in rugby. But that day, I happened to watch this game, and I am crazy about rugby now ! :D
I love the Irish, always standing up for the Underdog in a fight. That's why they fought alongside Mexico in the Mexican Vs American War 1846-1848 under the St Patrick's Battalion
The goold old Irish happy to throw out some celebrations with another country and what better country than Japan ! Well done everybody ! You must be so proud !
It is moments like these where you believe in power of sports to unite people. Respect to Irish fans too. Hard luck South Africa and bloody well done Japan.
Your right but you and I both know sa has the best kit to beat New Zealand from all nations.. Lucky for you you don't face em first. But don't discount Argentina.
i'm a japanese. thank you for the great support. i've never been to ireland, but all of irish guys whom i met in japan were so kind, friendly, polite and charming. i really respect your country.
@@nifty512 I'm so glad to hear that, thanks! I want to tell you that we know Irish team stuff kindly supported typhoon vistims in Ichihara city during the world cup 2019!
Today's victory over Ireland landed me to this video again. Sorry for Irish fans. I with you the all best for the rest of the RWC 2019. This match just taught me a new dimension of sports. Moving different people's mind by a foreign country. Hard work, efforts, dedication and fair play can move even people from different countries.
Can't blame this crowd, As a Bok supporter I celebrated the same way when Japan beat Ireland this weekend. Well done to them beating the Boks and Ireland two really good teams and good luck to them for the rest of the 2019 world cup.
I thank you, all supported Japan brave blossoms. We, Japanese, were thought that we only think about our own race and our own income, but now we are changing, and revealed that in the game. Our team contains many members born in other countries, but that's eternally no problem. Our brave blossoms is the one team. They are proud of each other, and play to win with all their members for all Japanese and all the people loving sports. We believe the word born from rugby, "One for All, All for One".
I am a South African Supporter, and I am not even mad. (I mean of course I felt disappointment over the loss) But in many ways I am more excited for Rugby than ever. With Argentina finally joining the Southern Hemisphere annual tournaments and building their rugby experience as a nation instead of playing for clubs abroad. As well as Japan coming out of nowhere to show some real skill and determination. World Rugby could finally be hitting a point in its history where the prediction of the semi finals is no longer: New Zealand, Australia, Rugby and the best EU team of the year. Getting a bit more competition up at the top is a great thing for Rugby. I must add that I hope this is not a flash in the pan game. I would hate for Japan to perform this well on their first match and then fall apart against USA or Samoa.
Meanwhile in japan, the station(Nihon TV) that has the right of broadcasting RWC did NOT do this match live, got baseball information program and anime on the air INSTEAD. HAHAHA It's true story. thanks for great Irish supporting.
