Hey guys I just wanted to give you a heads up on something. Use warm water with sugar dissolved in it. Scoville units were measured by how many sprays of sugar water was needed in order to neutralize the burn from a pepper. Give it a try next time.

I remember the day clearly. I was on night shift. Had a meeting to go to after my shift at work with the CEO. Coworker says to me, try this, and tosses that little bastard to me. I read the box, thought how bad could it possibly be. I chomped it at 6:45 AM. Meeting was at 7:30. There was a good bit that I legitimately panicked. But I pounded Yohoos the whole way through the meeting, since we didn't have any milk. It was early afternoon before the heat left my face. But late that next night my stomach still hurt. And for two weeks after that. I swear my heart was skipping beats. I will never touch one of those little fuckers again. I don't, cant, eat anything too hot anymore. I'm 37. Habaneros are now my cut off.
