my god i dont know why but i am so obssessed with this ost, its genuinely the ONLY soundtrack that i can GENUINELY consider a masterpiece and i cannot understand how this is so underrated. the amount of emotions it makes me feel is innumerable
It is surprising how a psychological horror game can bring us great musical works,It is sad that this is underrated a lot,but it also seems the best,if this were very recognized today perhaps it would lose its value, for me this is something that one must discover on their own in order to appreciate it
Which video they mentioned it, by the way? I'm legit curious someone knows about this game EDIT: I confused Emray (the musician) with Emkay (the RU-vid channel) I'M SO SORRY
Np mate, if you’ve got the game already just check the description for how to get the song files, or I can give you a google drive link with the files if you need
I remember almost 10 years ago listening to this master-piece at this exact moment of the day and still enjoying it. Thanks for bringing back such nostalgic feelings.
for the composer, if you look up "watson takeaki watanabe" on youtube you can find some of their other works (watson is one of their aliases I believe). All I know about the developer of the game is their name is wtetsu
Not quite the same but I would recommend the original Persona 1 release for the PSX (Megami Ibunroku, not PSP) Particular tracks I'd say are similar off the top of my head are 'Opening' and (even more so) 'Saeko-Sensei's Theme.' I will say though that both are very ambient but hold a bit of a different vibe of ambience.
