In this video, I'd like to show you that IRLZ44N as a mosfet of multiwii diy brushed ESC. See more other video about HOW TO. Subcsribe and share, please.

Fortunately, I've got irlz44n with me and it can reach max throttle instead of irl520 and very stable. Thanks for the tutorial

I did dis but it doesn't work well there is vibration inside motor and maximum output is 4V but instead input is 12V can I install it with Arduino without an another IC??

make sure you use IRLZ44N not IRFZ44N. I know that arduino board can be powered by 12v but NOT RECOMMENDED. Use 5v directly to VCC 5v pin. Actually, IRLZ44N is the more stable than si2302 and IRL520. But, this mosfet contribute significant weight that makes motors go so hot. That's why I use si2302 to avoid the weight.

you're again. Thanks, pal. Well, when you use IRLZ44n, IRL520N and si2302 are all the same, they are: Diode in5819, Resistor 10K and one of the mosfets. If you want to get better result. Add 100 Ohm in the output pin of the ESC. I updated the description in this video for that.
