Some great information given .. Q.. my ferritin level is 79 - always tied after doing a workout / needing afternoon sleeps (doing this for 20yrs) and not losing blood from any orifice - hadn’t been eating much meat - but still eating (diet good) but probably consuming too many sugars and carbs to fuel - not anaemic.. what could it be? Just had an infusion in the last 10 days + b12 to help with energy levels .
@@veereshvastrad3501 b12 was injected as well - been on the carnivore diet now for a month - feeling great - skins liking good - lost 2/3 kg of fat but looking trim - riding 200 km a week and have t reskin needed any carbs or sugar to get me through / done 130 km and 120 km averaging 35km /hr without too much food ..
