Iron Fist hands down is one of my favorite Marvel Superheroes. As an avid fan of Wuxia and everything east asian, I love the concept for the character. With that said, I have read both of these issues and they are perfect for older fans of the character, plus attracting newer fans as well. With that said, I do hope the Netflix series can live up to the character. I know they won't go overboard like here in the comics. But I always envisioned Iron Fist the series being a fusion of crouching tiger hidden dragon and Fight Club. Fight Club in the sense of violence and brutality and Crouching Tiger in the sense of high end martial arts action and sense of lore. Have the series flashback to Danny's training in Kun'lun and showcase to us how he became the living weapon. As for a threat, I could see some kind of underground tournament that Iron Fist has to investigate. Overall, I'm excited for Iron Fist. P.S: I'd love it if Clark Gregg(Agent Coulson) could make an appearance on the show. Gregg has stated Iron Fist is his favorite Superhero and how cool would it be to have him on the show. Maybe, Coulson could be the Nick Fury of Netflix, where he help Assemble the Defenders.

I was thinking, hoping actually, that an episode of The Defenders on Netflix will play out like The Raid or DREDD. Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist have to make their way up a high-rise skyscraper to catch/defeat the series main bad guy, who's waiting at the top. And they proceed to fight their way, level by level, up the skyscraper beating the shit out of henchmen and possibly The Hand.

I have to thank you sir. I was just getting into buying comics at my local comic store and I didn't know where to begin or whom to read. I listened to your first iteration of "Iron Fist: The Living Weapon Volume 1: Rage" and it was amazing. So I grabbed that as one of my first volumes and WAS. HOOKED! Amazing. Epic. Gave you so much of his back story and how it affects him now. And everything was great. One of the best books I own. So naturally I picked up "Volume 2: Redemption" and was flabbergasted by how much more intense and deep this one became. I recommend it to ANY of my friends or people who are just interested. I really REALLY hope when they make the Netflix series they take some tidbits from this because it'll be....EPIC!

I really do like how into it you get when you read comics, but you need to make sure that you don't go too far. Losing your voice wouldn't really go well, considering that's one the main points of this channel.

+Freddy Krueger But there will be, if there wasn't, then he would not have his iron fists and how horrible would that be? He would not have his healing powers, etc. It would immediately ruin the whole show. Plus, both Daredevil and Jessica Jones have followed the comics in some form, only skipping a couple things and changing a couple others.
