When I learned how to play this to the piano, I already started crying on the first note just thinking about how the post scratch version of Kankri was kind of like another version of him and how he had to live through this and then I thought about how all of the dancecestors used to be friends in a different world but the way you put it, makes it even more depressing.

Feferi was raised in Alternia, where Doc Scrach took over everything, and raised her in those circumstances, where it is heavily imprinted in her mind that she has the most power, the most influence. With that in mind, you can imagine why Feferi has the idea of blood castes still implanted in her systems, what-with the lower class coddling, and the higher castes looking down at the lower castes as if they are weak. In fact, you could argue that "Doc Scratch" had strong influence over their timeline, because of how the lower trolls were raised to become much weaker, to be easily picked off when the higher castes got their right to murder back. Lord English has influence over the whole game, even, because of how without him, no initiative would have been taken for anyone to try to bring a stop to him, therefore, no one is reaching full potential in a game that is meant for their destiny. No Beforan game would take place without him. Without the Condesce existing on the Beta Timeline's Earth, we would have no influence from Lord English at all, and clown clones would not exist, meaning John would not play the game, and Roxy and Dirk would not exist in the future that they did. Without Lord English there is no game, therefore, Beforus is under control, but it had failed, because they had been coddled to uselessness. They were only good for the army, where they could be picked off as a distraction for Tavros, Aradia, Meenah, and Davepetasprite^2 so that they could keep Lord English contained until the doomed Calliope could do her thing. Lord English has influence over every session in Homestuck, and even now, I still believe that he is involved with Earth C, based on the Snapchat stories we were provided with, showing how Caliborn was still sending them snaps. Hell, the battle that had been presented in claymation made by Caliborn did not happen in the Canon of Homestuck, and that means that it is going to happen, and Earth C will belong truly to Caliborn once our heroes lose.
