To unlock levels of Talent Enhancement, you upgrade your Primacore levels. To gain more speed, there are three attributes that will raise Kongs speed exponentially in the Divine Radiance section. Once those three are fully maxed, it will speed up your kong 100%. 30%/35%/35%. With all the other research/talent/Hero equipment boosts, kong is a beast with turbo and No2 lol. Faster than my airship at lvl 79 and threat speed gear enhancements at lvl 5.
