I haven't listened to maiden in a long time let alone start to relearning their stuff, but I run into phantom of the opera on Instagram and now I am sobbing at 4 in the morning listening to iron maiden... Maybe I am again in such stage in my life I need the anger and the motivation they provided me to push me one more time. Because sometimes it is simply do or die I guess. Your channel is probably all the rest of Sunday
I've found your channel recently. Thank you for all the IM videos. One suggestion: it'd be perfect if you could include the rhythm beneath the solos, on top of the screen, for us not so skillful players.
Great work, love the tone. What are you using? I’ve noticed there some nuances to your playing transcriptions that are not typically seen in other tabs but actually seem more accurate and are giving me cause to try them . I’ve got a good ear and I like accuracy and detail so I really appreciate your work. I will now be consulting your channel regularly. Cheers and keep rockin 🎸🇨🇦
Thanks. I'm using BIAS FX2 most of the times. I try to dive into the details on each tutorial. I am really surprised on the small "secrets" I find each time, but it makes sense. We play some riffs or solos and, for some reason, they never sound "right". That's because we miss the "details". 🙂🙂🙂
You have to lightly touch the G string where the 5th fret is and pick it. It will give you this sound, then you must use your floyd rose to do the dives (you just press it down a couple of times to do the effect).
Great Cover! I have just one question. In the main riff you play the 5 on the D string twice before switching to the G string. But when I listen to an isolated track of the song I cant hear it. Are those parts are well hidden to the song or you just spiced the riff up?
@@HaZe_5020 Ok now that's interesting. The bars you mention are Dave's part. Dave plays 7-5-7-5 but in the same time, Adrian seems to play 10-9-10-10 not 10-9-10-9 that my TAB says. You got a good ear it seems ☺☺☺
