And Paul DiAnno is to this day the the best voice to ever sing this song. All credit and respect to Bruce, he is a legend, but he is also a clean, very technical singer. This song needs a raspy, "dirty" voice in my opinion.

Paul Di’Anno was the original singer of this song. Off of the “KILLERS” album. As an iron maiden fan it’s about time somebody reacted tosomething off one of their first two albums. Where Bruce Dickinson was not the original singer of it. However, he does a great job doing the song. But I would love to see Paul DiAnno singing a song that you guys would react to. Wrathchild is classic Maiden to the core.

A song written back in 1977 or earlier and played many times in the clubs by Maiden well before they had their 1st record deal. And this had to wait until the 2nd album, to put it into perspective. Back when things rocked.

Great reaction!!! Yes relentless, perfectly described Wrathchild.. something old, Original singer Paul DiAnno sang this, on my biased opinion the greatest Metal album, Killers..But Bruce Dickinson is a force!!!

World Slavery Tour...my best friend and me snuck on to thee floor after the crowd has demolished the seats and rushed the stage. We ended up about 5th row, standing on some pilled up seats. We had to help keep each other up the entire show but, Steve Harris saw us and we got machine gunned with his Bass!!! A memory I will always have!!!

0'20" On Top Guys . The bass intro is one of the most famous in Hard Rock i suppose . When it came out they were in 1981 , the New Wave of British Heavy Metal with Saxon Deff Leppard Whitesnake etc... But in early days they had punk influences and not only for Paul Di' Anno Singing (just before the entrance of Bruce Dickinson for 'Killers') . And as we see New Wave of British Heavy Metal was absorbing soo much stuff . The Crowd in Brazil is like this ! Difficult to contain eheh

ok this veneration for Dickinson, ok that for you is the only singer of maiden. but this is a song that belongs only to the era of the Di-Anno-Burr! and above all I do not understand why this version, when the original one is the real masterpiece. The Real essence of It. Or, aniway, the live version of 1981. ..to each his own.

not sure what it is bout "rio" that live shows like to emanate from there.... i not a big fan.....RUSH in rio... MAIDEN from rio... is BETTER versions of band talents from other older sources... you know.. to get an closer sense of bands message at that time in space... or whatever.............. but live and learn young jedi.............
