Great video. This one is definitely on my list for sure. Sorry about the broken piece, but that was always a concern for me when I first saw this one. You gotta roll those dice 😁

Great review. I have been on the fence about splurging on one for myself. The detailing is amazing. It looks a little fragile and sorry yours came broken. I do believe after the Holidays I will have to acquire one.

You in EEUU guys are so luky, this piece in my country (Chile) is for 400 dollars. I already have Voldermort and Nagini, Harry and Buckbeack and Ron at the wizard chess statues by Iron Studios and now I want this dementor statue, but I think 400 dollars is too much 😓

FYI !!! This figure has Very fragile peace’s. I to received one with broken peace, got a replacement, and upon opening the second one and removing foam from around the cape, I broke one myself…honestly they pack the foam to much/tight around cape shards tht it’s easy to pull em the wrong way and snap these overly fragile pieces. And I’m always very careful. Since I had already return one, I didn’t think they’d replace, as was my fault this round anyway…..super glue and a paint touch up to the rescue, but hate tht (it’s broken) in the back of my mind when look at…and of course the No resell value 😢

@@Aguamenti was broken b4 i opened..as the broke piece was sitting atop the paper wrap around the figure...so i never even seen the dementor as i stopped right there, contacted Sideshow, and they offered replacement was obvious the packer broke it and just tossed the piece in the box...not the first time I've experienced tht.

@@BakWardzManah okay I see I purchased direct from iron studios so they wanted some pictures and told me to just break the one I got and they’d send a replacement no problem.

@@Aguamenti hmm, I mean Yh, Sideshow asked for pictures, but Iron Studios telling yh to break it worse? Seems strange, or at least wasteful…used to b a time when businesses and companies wld sell/resell slightly damaged goods for little $$…(or discount the broken one u got if u keep it)…..as I’d buy some broken statues, (and fix em to good enough for me) for huge savings. That’s the system though. GREED above all else..perfectly good things are thrown away rather than let ppl buy them cheaper or god for bid free. I worked at B. Buy for afew years, we’d toss high em items just because of box damage or something small tht didn’t even affect the item…cutting power cords off top the line tvs etc. and throwing in the dumpster so ppl can’t dig em out and use em…made me ashamed as a person....eventually quit cuz of it.

No it wasn't just a fluke as I got mine broken too, a bigger part of the robe (the big one on thé left near his hips) and the tiny dementor doesn't fit well in the hole. I wasn't expecting this material at all and tought it was darker, more black as shown on pictures... It is still beautiful but not as expected
