skip the pool, you dont need it. this year do a 25 hr / wk bike plus running a bit. this will boost you , swimming will always be there for you, to be a front pack swimmer. no need to be first out of the water.

Great content mate! My first Tri was that Folkestone Olympic you won. Seeing you attack down those hills as I was coming up them was just shocking to me, and I've been hooked on the sport ever since.
