Susan ran a half iron man and came in for her post race recovery. A half iron man consists of: 1.2 mile swim, 56mile cycle, and a 13.1 mile run. It is definitely not for the faint of heart and requires adequate training prior to the race and consistent recovery following it. I did active release technique to break up the scar tissue before doing any adjustments as I do for every patient.
