Imagine how deadly it must have been in the hands of a big, powerful man, which most of the Iroquois were, but what's most astounding is how breathtakingly beautiful it is.

My dad said that he and his brothers found Native artifacts on the farm that he grew up on in Canada. Tomohawk heads and such. He said that they were found near sloughs. He said that if they knew better at the time, they could have taken them to a museum. That was a very long time ago. One of my older brothers found a Native arrow head on the farm. My dad has sold the farm. That is an interesting artifact you have there. Thanks for another great video.

Most people don't know that the arrow heads they are finding are actually spear points because of the size--- the arrow points were very small in comparison. thanks for your comment my friend--- Don

Did you make that/is it a reproduction or an antique? If you did make it, How on earth did you make such a perfect sphere?

@@donaldporta Dear Donald, fine work. Did you use the dimensions of the original 1:1 or making by guess. I can imagine how magic the club reclines in the hand :-) The crack comes maybe from too fast drying...? In most cases the natives made the clubs from a trunk ending in the roots...so the ball was a component of the root, wasn´t it? Best Regards, Jan

Do you know, the original was made from tree + branch...how you made, or made from a root?

The peacemaker uprooted a great pine and told the warriors to throw there weapons of war into the hole, The tree was then replanted, The Haudenosaunee warriors now show there strength and skill in playing Lacrosse and they still are present to protect the Six nations if there clan mothers call upon them.. Chief Oren Lyons on this deep history.. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9iVziGHPhVw.html

some of these badass things sell for tens of thousands of dollars especially if its really old and has a patina the reason why they're so expensive is they're made of wood and wood rots so there are not a lot surviving but still we have thousands of them in museums all over because they're so cool
