Oh I loved this! I'm brazilian and I wonder if you can make a pretty popular brazilian desert, carrot cake with a hard chocolate frosting! You may think that is similar to the american carrot cake but it really isn't and it's pretty good!!! Ingredients for the cake: 270 grams of sliced carrots (cut the carrots into slices) 3 hole eggs 2 cups of sugar 1 cup of oil 2 cups of flour 1 tbsp of baking powder How to prepare: Put the carrots, the eggs, the sugar and the oil into a blender for 3 minutes until smooth. Then, sift the flour in the mixture, add the baking powder and mix well. Grease the cake pan (better if its a rectangular cake pan) with butter and flour then pour the mixture and put into the pre heated oven in a temperature of 180 degrees CELSIUS (sorry I dont know american mesurements) for about 40 minutes!
