IRS Form 945 Instructions (Annual Return of Withheld Federal Income Tax) 

For 1099 employees that had backup withholding, is there another form to list ALL of the 1099 employees with their SSN so that the IRS can determine how to allocate the deposits?

Are we the Regular W2 tax payer,the one who had withholdings? Like they withheld federal state and social security and Medicare withheld from us?!aren't we considered a corporation ? With the all caps name?
