Do yall think Iruka deserved to be in the game or nah? Personally I'm okay with it since we have so many characters but it was certainly unexpected lol
I mean, of course. I am fascinated by the fact that he's a joke character but I think it works well. He's an important character despite him not having too many appearances. Plus he's fun.
Hey Hey. I've got a question. You see, I've got a group of friends that I play this game with a custom rule set. Thing is that I personally just really dislike the substitution system because it gets rid of a too many chances to actually combo your opponent. But, I also needed to put in rules that limit the exploitation of infinites in this game. Finding actual content on stun locks for certain characters is almost impossible for this game because of it not really being seen as a serious competitive fighting game that often. Do you know which characters I should explore? Characters that a have a large number of infinites or interesting combo routes to find? Sai, Neji, Shikamaru, and Yamato have been really fun so far. You’re channel is one of the reasons I started liking this game and sharing it with others. so I'm curious to see who'd you recommend.
I've been trying out Rin recently and I'm liking her stun lock after the kuni part of her auto combo and that she's got green tags. And that when in Surge she gets a cool jump cancel route. That sorta deal.
First of all thanks, it means a lot to say my videos got you into Storm more 🙏 For infinites, tbh a ton of characters have them, but a lot of them are really hard. If it’s the kind when you knock them in the air and restand them by hitting them right when they touch the ground, idk if you’re willing to put the effort in to get those consistently but I definitely am not 😂 For characters to look at, I guess off the top of my head I’d say Itachi, Pain, Nagato, Minato, Guy, Lee, and plenty of versions of Naruto and Sasuke are pretty good combo wise (they have more reasonable combos). Sage Naruto also has my favourite combo, you can use a tag mid combo, then combo into ultimate but use an atk pill right before ultimate, it does like 75% damage lol. One more thing, I don’t want to tell you how to play the game, as long as you’re having fun do your thing. But since it seems like you’re coming at this from a more traditional fighting game stand point I just thought I’d mention, Storm isn’t really a traditional game. Combos aren’t really a main focus, you can get good damage for almost no effort with basic stuff like chakra dash cancel or tagging. I’d say the game is more about getting in position to combo, rather than the combo itself. If you want to play super pro then the game does get deep but I’m not the right guy to speak on that level. @@KuJoBrando Yeah, I know about this game not being that way but, that's why I've just treated it like a game to play with my friends who'll play it the same way. Honestly, the harder stuff is what I've been looking for. Never been a super big fan of the game because of that minimal effort thing but I get it. I do enjoy playing the game the way I do though so that is why I ask. Thanks for the reply!

@@javier8312 I'm really confused about you're getting at. I mean, I think subs are important to the feel of storm but I'm just talking about a custom game rule.
