Eric Hansen what are you on about ?... oh my god ...must there be a fence totally around these canals to ruin the view ?

The most shameful piece of photography/videography I have witnessed in all my life. How can the inconceivable become the norm? What exactly is the "exit strategy" designed into this man-made water canal structure, so that any poor sap or critter who happens to fall into it can escape with their life? Looks like a "water trap" to me. Thank you for showing this to us. I hope someone sues the responsible party and the courts make them immediately correct the design flaws. Who was the moron who designed and approved and funded this thing anyway? Give us names.
