When buying lobster, get the females as they have roe inside which tastes good. It starts out green and turns red with cooking. I saw the river in one of your videos or your friend's. So when it rains all that crap ends up in the ocean where that seafood comes from...

I think you have a great grasp for the Vietnamese language, Max, especially when it comes to food. I have a feeling that when you talk to people or ask them questions, you tend to speak a little too fast, so it's more difficult for people to understand you. Try to speak a little bit slower when you ask questions, next time. I'm sure people will understand you well. I noticed from your other videos, when you are in a good mood and have a more "personal" conversations with other Vietnamese, your accent is great and is very easy to understand. I say this from personal experience. I also speak multiple languages & find that when I slow down, people seem to understand me much better. You are very adventurous and amazing! Thank you for all these beautiful videos.

At Phu Quoc Island, sea urchin will be call "con 3 phát" by local people, meaning "3 shots one night". So hope it's affect will be come true for you & your girl friend! 🤣💪🤣
