Take piece of 4 inch pvc pipe cut 3 inches longer than your bunjis put your bunjis on the pipe and store them out of the weather add life to the bunjis keep on trucking.

Just found your channel... Subscribed... I'm trying to get leased on to hotshot companies and it's hard because of my setup... I drive an 07 Ford E-450 cab and chassis dually.. it's gas powered 6.8L v-10... I've pulled a 30' gooseneck and 30' travel trailers... This truck is just as capable as a diesel truck but everyone wants diesel.. I don't get it..!!!! Great video.. I'll keep watching them

If I may…. I just bought a 3500HD SRW and a 14gn and I’m doing non-CDL freight part time and I’m staying as busy as I want here in the rust belt. I load 32’ Goose and up to 5,000 pounds in freight.

I camp as much as possible. Fly north in the summer and south in the winter. C6 REVTENT has been amazing. I set it up on the trailer deck as long as I have 4-5 ft to spare. Sometimes I can even setup beside my trailer if parking works out.

Hey man, seen you on the road. I’m running some of these lanes too. Quick tip on the jack stands those signs sit on/ same thing applies to hauling trailers with the jack stands down. The little handle on the jack stand that raises the signs/trailers up and down spin while you drive so they start to get lower and lower and your straps loosen up. Just take a bungee and secure it from spinning and it should be all set.

I'm kind of like you. I try to drive two to three days at a time with one day in between and weekends off unless I'm going far. On that day in between and weekends, I'm riding my bike 15 or 20 miles. Makes a world of difference from last year when I wasn't. If you can get out the door and past the first 5-10 minutes, it's almost enjoyable. Thanks for the entertainment bud. Keep up the good work.

Why do hotshot channels never speak about fuel surcharge rates? Are you not charging a fuel surcharge or are you including this in your rates and not pointing out how much of the rate or pay is the fuel surcharge. You should do a video where you break down all of the charges in your rate. Honestly it’s misleading if your making say a $1.1 a mile and charging 45 cpm for a fuel surcharge and telling everyone your making $1.55 a mile.

Today too many Brokers & companies tell you it's an "ALL IN RATE!" That way they take 25% of your Fuel Surcharge!! Greedy SOB's. They know you won't be able to pay for an Attorney to sue them for the lost FSC. Before I retired recently, I was an O/O with Comtrak Logistics here in IL. Our FSC was separate on our weekly settlement and we made good money. $ 1,800 to 2,000 a week was good after expenses. That was 15 yrs ago. 2 yrs later the Family that owned Comtrak Logc sold out to Hub group. We started to see what the "ALL IN RATE" was all about. $ 500 a week loss in FSC immediately which was $ 25,000 a year in lost revenue. Some guys had 5 trucks signed on with them. Like I said before GREEDY SOB's! About 30 O/O left within the first month. Glad I'm retired after 44yrs of Trucking. There's no money in it any more! With a FSC Hot Shots could possibly get some of their fuel paid for? Good luck with that pipe dream! That Dually is over $ 100,000 and Trailer is about $ 28,000. Look at that investment and the payments! Lots of miles needed to pay for that. Too many of these guys have no clue as to how much their avg (CPM)= Cost Per Mile is? Lots of them are slowly going Bankrupt! Digging a hole to bury that truck in. 1 shovel full every day!

@@russellhix6802 Too many O/O don't include Dead Head miles! If you return back to your starting point, You have to count those DH miles! Tolls, Diesel Fuel, Parts, Tires, Insurance, Plates, Quarterly Taxes, IFTA, ETC isn't free!
