Yeah , same as few I’ve read hear. The giant ! Double clean and pressing is a revelation to me over the last few years. I genuinely would be happy doing this for the rest of my life. BUT I do feel the double kettlebell squat is the move that gives me the most benefit . But I kind of hate it (also love it in a way) I do ,in between the c&p session numbers do a double squat session following the first c&p (of the week ) Do 1 squat session in between ….. you know what it’s too complicated to write . I’ll say this, every bit of my training is led by Geoff nuepert and his methodology . I’ve bought several programs from him and all have been EXCELLENT. But I’m a ‘Giant’ man You’re putting out great stuff Geoff . Thank you

'Variety', in the context of training/programming, is useful when the 'same but different' (or 'different but same') philosophy is applied...and makes it fun too... 😀

Tomorrow I will finish "the wolf"...day 3 each week almost a punishment, but awesome result...bigger legs, arms and shoulders, even when my appetite was increased and my diet was not good still melting waist...waiting for labor day discount to order Kb burn and Kb burn extreme....great video.

Just about to start Giant 1.2. Have done your 12-week freebie and beta tested Maximorum too. Loved them all but for this 53 old I'm just loving the Giant and getting some great results from it without busting myself up. Thanks Geoff.

I love the The Giant. I'm 58 and did it v1 for about 12 weeks. Sure growth and for sure fat loss.

Keep it simple stupid works extremely well with everything in life... However variety breaks up the mundane. Ya need to sprinkle that in from time to time.

So on the tired heavy days do you use lessor weight kettlebells or just do less sets or reps? I am a little confused on this. Thanks

I've always taken it as on the days where it feels heavier and harder, less sets and more rest.

@powskier - You can go anything you want to do. As long as you can recover (a.k.a. See measurable results).

Variety also means combining Kettlebell with what the coach at the gym gives me? (mostly dumbbells and the machines)
