I like very much the "it's cooking eggs out there the sun is like 4km away from the Philippines". Very, very true indeed. I live in a country where the normal temperature is -35 most of the time, almost 9 months in a year and whenever I am in Manila, it's tough.

It's your opinion though, it would be nice if there is a Sunroof added. It gives you that extra luxurious feel, why? Almost all full-sized SUVs have a Sunroof. MB's G-Class, BMW X Series, Range Rovers etc. Even the Land Cruiser has a Sunroof. So, why not add it to a 2 and a half million Car? Besides, they are well insulated, so heat ray is not a problem. Not convinced? Install Heat Rejecting ceramic films, that way it can provide more resistance. Another thing is, the Montero's AC system is cold enough to battle the heat. I have a Montero as well, and I rarely set my AC Temperatures lower than 26°C even on a very hot day with full passengers, I normally set my temperatures at 28°C only. Bear this in mind, "It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it."

Yes. Legender sounds so much better than LTD. The label "Legender" itself has so much appeal. It is ridiculous for toyota ph to rebrand this fortuner, while in India(which also uses English as their secondary language) has already made the Fortuner Legender an iconic nameplate

@@kyle7588 The ambient lighting in both the Innova G and V, Fortuner LTD and Hilux Conquest IMO isn't even bad at all.

@@realVicTorres02 They're great, not having them on the more expensive GR variant is stupid. That's what I meant xD. Even with the KYB shocks, I think you'll still lose more than what you gain with the GR variant. Like the cooled seats which made the Fortuner the first in its class to have 'em. If you go for the ltd instead you'll have ~100k to spare which is more than enough to get you better aftermarket shocks than the KYB on the GR variant.

Do you know Why Toyota dealers don't have test/demo drive units? Because I'm Toyota, the king of mediocrity, that's Why. I don't like to spare or spend a unit for bullshit test/compatibility drive to give them such foolish feelings of free will; I don't want to give spenders that illusion. What I want is for suckers to like and buy my cars (without a test drive) and not let them know that there may actually be better options out there that they CAN actually test drive. I like to spend millions on marketing hype to make people believe that I make high quality cars when all I really do is make cars with less than pleasing interior features (and frequently really cheap and inconvenient manual wing mirrors) that are good enough to move forward. People know it but people still insist on buying my cars because my marketing bullshit is so good that it has the same effect as that of "The Emperor's New Clothes". They see that my cars are indeed mediocre and overpriced but they are too brainwashed to resist my powerful marketing vodoo hype. Lately, I've been noticing that several individuals like you would from time to time voice out a dissenting opinion like that child who dared speak out the truth about the Emperor wearing no clothes at all. Never worry, I'm sure my witchdoctors will come up with a more powerful marketing bs spell that is sure to bring you and your disapproving kind back into my fold.

Because even if they don't, a lot of people still buy their cars. Heck, even if they don't have display units, people would still buy them lol

I think it really won't be a problem since it has a lot of driving aids like a 360 cam, parking sensors, autonomous emergency braking etc. provided that you get the ltd variant. With that said, a compact car/suv would still be easier to drive.

There was an incident in a motorshow or a mall display where someone stole the shift knob that cost more than 25k 3 years ago? Then this practice became the practice.

They can be easily detached, just turn the shift knob counter-clockwise and you can remove it. It is only fixed by a thread.
