That's insane! I'm so sorry to hear about your issues with their support :(. I had to contact them so that I could get a new remote. Mine was purchased from within a physical store so maybe that's why they were more willing to help but still, they should treat all their products the same! I wish you luck in the future with the other brand that you decided to get this time if problems arise.

Carson Miller Besides the flexible deck and the auto reverse it looks like the experience is pretty similar. I also have to admit that city riding is pretty different and may require loose trucks for harder cornering.

Yeah that would make sense - Just backroad riding though you don’t necessarily need the sharp turns though and the tight trucks offer greater stability IMO but to each his own haha

See John Vlog So I weigh 230lbs and I would say it had more torque than I needed most of the time. Hills were a little tougher, but for large-size humans, I think it is worth making sure that there is a high enough weight limit for the rider. I've personally been considering the WowGo brand (which has a few deck options) because of the 280lbs weight limit. That would allow me to carry a heavy backpack as I ride and still make it up hills. Plus it's under $500!

you can just buy some front trucks that match the dimensions, in terms of remote I actually have one which id be willing to sell for pretty cheap

I have a Swagway (before they changed their name to Swagtron) T3 and I agree it’s pretty good but it absolutely doesn’t even come close to the speed / mobility of the LiftBoard :)

Please watch the full video because I discussed the fact that this single motor board DOES NOT have regenerative breaking. I really wish it did, but sadly, it does not :/. The dual motor version of the LiftBoard does have regenerative breaking though :)

Possibly but it also may come “out of the box” with 720p but I’m not sure. All I know is that changing it is pretty simple and you can set it to record up to 2.7K :)

Yeah when I got this board, it turned out being 10 days before the Boosted Mini S and other boards were released-However, for $300 more (total of $750), you get a smaller board, 7mi range, 18mph top speed, and the boosted logo so I mean I’m not entirely sure why anyone would purchase that over a cheaper option unless they do want the smaller form-factor or Boosted name on the board haha

Carson Miller having owned quite a few electric Skateboards included the liftboard, the boosted is by far my favorite. You can feel the attention to detail in every park of the board and the quality is very good compared to the liftboard. The quality and customer service is what you pay for with boosted. I have had problems with my board outside of warranty and they fixed it free of charge and my liftboard stopped working 5 months in with minimal use. My boosted on the other hand only started having issues after about a year and a half of daily use. But when I did first get into Electricskateboarding I did have very similar opinions on the cheaper option being the better option but having owned a few boards I honestly can't recommend cheaper boards over the more expensive ones unless it's a meepo or wowgo because you will need good reliable customer service, things will break on these it is inevitable no matter how quality it is so you want to buy from a company that stand behind it's product and from my experience liftboard is hard to work with. Also last thing please please please wear a helmet on this I know I am being a helmet Nazi here but I have had some friends fall off regular boards going barely 6mph and hurt themselves badly and one of them is even paralyzed because of an accident. When you fall off of these things you fall in such a way that you are very very likely to hit your head and it's not a matter of if you will fall it is a matter of when even the most experienced of longboarders will fall. Anyways please please get a helmet and always wear it no matter how far you are going people have died on these things.

Well, I've had it for nearly 3 full months now and I haven't encountered any issues ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Edit: Also, of those 3 months, I've ridden the longboard every day for at least 2.5 months of that so, yeah, I have to say I don't agree with those reviews.

Just look at the responsible members of the e-skate community. They all promote safety. It is not about breaking rules. When you are riding a board at such high speeds you really need protection. This is no joke.
